Hi there

My Plumeria has not recovered since dormancy. Have not watered it the whole dormancy period, and restarted watering end of March. The plant has become very wizened during dormancy, and one individual brach started to bend during dormancy. After having started to slightly water the plant again from beginning of April, the other two branches also started to bend.

Can anybody help me in this matter?
