Hi!

We are remodeling our entire basement including the bathroom. Our contractor said for only 1k more he would include the bathroom supplies.. vanity, tile, toilet, etc.

But i don't want a boring bathroom, and I kind of want the control. Here is a picture of the hideous vanity. The right side has a small shower, we are going to make a glass enclosure.

Any design advice? I was thinking a vessel sink? behind where I am standing is the toilet. You walk in the toilet is on your right and the vanity/shower is straight ahead.

Am I a fool for not taking the 1k offer of including everything? The contractor did my master bath, and did an amazing job, but I picked out and payed for all the equipment.

Thoughts? What would you do? Any design ideas? I want something fun, since this is a basement bathroom.
