Cutting flowers off determinate tomato

I have a few Tiny Tim tomato plants that I kept in a small container too long they are about four inches tall and are getting tiny flowers. I'm wondering if I cut the flower stem off and plant them in the ground nice and deal will they grow taller and produce?

They don't get much taller than 10-15 inches so perhaps it is stunted but I wouldn't pinch the blossoms.. You could pot it up into a larger container.. Although I personally found Tiny Tim to be bitter and just pulled it out of the ground after I tasted a few lol..
