Wow....just WOW!!! I will never get enough of your beautiful hosta and property pictures ! Stunning sunset.

Ahhh, a vision of loveliness . Thank you.

Oh My! I will be there tomorrow at tea time! Lovely!

Photo perfection! The hosta composition is beautifully done, Faye. You know you live in Paradise, right? :-)

Another glass of wine here. My 75 x 125 lot gives me a view of the neighbor's roof over the fence. You have the view of my dreams (well except for the Winter part).

Myrle taught you well. You are no longer "almost" hooked.

Beautiful! and you are so far ahead.

Let me know when the scones are ready and I'll be there. What a great setting.

Tea time sounds so civilized. I had my green tea today, but also snuck in a vanilla Coke. :-) Beautiful hostas, water feature, trees, even your rocks. Thanks for sharing that sunset!

Gorgeous!

Sandyslopes, it was just too early for wine . Maybe should have named it wine time lol Beer time, shine time , etc . Next time ha ha

Just lovely! It's great when your hard work pays off. Looking forward to seeing more.

So lush and beautiful. Can I move in for the summer?? Will bring a large assortment of teabags and some wine, too!

Where is this ? I must move in next door.

BC Canada . You may not like the winters but then , neither do we so we go south Koffman . Stayed home last winter because of our .60c $ but it was exceptionally warm. Not sure out neighbor is moving yet
