Some are, some aren't. In this case, the lower the picture quality, the more likely it is that it's not altered.

If it's a perfectly centered flower, with no messed up petals, it's likely it has been altered.

If it shows part of the stem/plant in the same picture as the flower, its almost always real.

If a flower seems to be too good to be true, and you can't find any pictures including the plant, it probably is fake or altered.

thanks. I screwed up on the original post. the link is not to Adeniumcenter listing who is well reviewed here but someone else. Regardless even Adeniumcenter has some colors that seem not real to me
