What is the exterior material? Is it a wood or green material?

The exterior siding is clear cedar, stucco, and steel.

The clear cedar is gorgeous. I am in the process of building a home with clear cedar tongue and groove on the ceiling and soffits. Could you tell me what type of stain you used, and did you use the same thing for interior and exterior? It is beautiful! Thanks in advance!

Do you recall the color of the steel I beams? We're considering changing our "Avon Green" 1963-era beams to a different color. We have cedar eaves, aluminum clad windows, and are hoping to update our colors.

Also, I notice that your I beams have areas where they are inside and outside. How did this design deal with the thermal issues that this can raise? Our beams run from outside of the house, through the house, and out the other side.

The steel beams are painted with a Gunmetal Grey color in Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Latex, Eggshell finish.

We have not had thermal issues with the steel in the moderate Pacific Northwest climate.
