Does the towel rack act as a heater? What is it hooked up to?

Yes the towel rack does act as a heater. It is literally a heated radiator with the additional towel rail, so acts as both, and a great space saver also. Plus looks good!

Thanks for the question. Ok so the make of radiator is - Vogue Regency Traditional Towel Rail, if you Google you will find a few stockists.

Ive added one below, although lots of options.
