They should be planted in full sun. Geez, how sad! Where they in shade before? It looks like they were shocked by putting them in full sun. Did you water them in well after you planted them?

It was in full sun. This one was transplanted. I thought it would need time to adjust. And I did water the plant after. It doesn't seem to be getting any better. Don't really know what I should do.

Provide some temporary shade and keep it watered. I don't know what your climate is but this may not have been the best time of year for a transplant in your area.
