Polished wood countertip

Hi
I love the design of this kitchen. I was wondering how fragile wood countertops are and if they easily get stained, scratched, or damaged by water.

    thank you!

    The countertop is made of butcherblock' which means it is especially treated to withstand all of the damages you mentioned. I sometimes like to use it with a stainless steel countertop around the sink, just to be on the safe side, as in this kitchen.
