Some new Austins and OGRs
At this point, I believe all my Austins and OGRS are finally open, though brand-new little Olivia Rose Austin still hasnt' made it out of the opening bud stage.
Mystic Beauty--a near twin of Souvenir de la Malmasion--everybody's favorite Bourbon/OGR. So delicate!
Austin's Lady of Shalott--she often changes the colors of her blooms. I thought this shade was particularly interesting.
Here's a different look for Lady of Shalott who never appears at a ball in the same colored gown.
Molineux--another Austin. One of my favorites.
Munstead Woods--another Austin, perhaps my most favorite one of all. That dark color!
The Fairy--an OGR (polyantha)
Mrs. Laing--an OGR hybrid perpetual. I may have shown her before.
Ghislaine de Feligonade--OGR (Bourbon or Noisette)
Olivia Rose Austin--the newest of my new roses. Not over a foot tall yet, but just put out her first bud. Will show off her mature bloom in a few days! A sweetie.
I think that accounts for every rose in my garden this season, though I've been showing "firsts" for a couple months now--hope I didn't miss any.
