Help please

Hi I really need help saving my latest beautiful grafted Wine & Cheese. I was working night duty and forgot about my little guy in a great free draining mix. Weather is still high 20's in the day and 15 at night on the Gold Coast Australia. Hi cortex is now very spongy corky and wrinkled what do I do please?
