I have no experience with Dysport, but am going back to my doctor next week for another round of Botox (he does a "brow lift" on me that has worked wonders) and will ask him about it then. I'd be interested in learning more.
Yes, I think it would if done properly. I didn't get Botox to take care of creases in my forehead, but in order to life my brow line slightly and thus open up my eyes more, which were becoming a bit hooded. It really worked well, but is starting to wear off at about the 3-month mark, just as my doctor said it would. I would definitely speak with a doctor about what you're wanting to achieve with lifting one eyebrow and see what s/he recommends.
I think I remember reading that Dysport might spread around a bit more than Botox after being injected, so if used in areas where you don't want any spreading, like close to the lips, it's not a good idea. But for broader areas it can be an advantage.
Thanks TR (just saw this after swearing off the internet for the holidays.) If I remember correctly you didn't use the Voluma? That's what I'm considering and from all I've read I expect good things. :-)
I did get Voluma, as well as Botox. Voluma in my cheeks and temples, and Botox in my brow area and chin. I absolutely love the Voluma, and feel it made a huge difference in giving my face a needed "lift" without looking overdone/fake. It was a little more intense than getting the Botox (ok, it actually hurt in a couple of spots where it was injected close to the bone), but I will absolutely keep it up. It's worth every bit of discomfort and every penny that it cost me.
