My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Good light whether artificial or filtered sunlight. Don't forget to feed it too and watch the water (too much will cause rot and too little will eventually cause it to wilt and possibly die).
Eyelash begonia seem to have a very sneaky growth habit. I did not think it had grown at all until I looked at the befor photo. :) I keep it in an enclosed container and when it get too much condensation I open the lid a little.
Sounds like you got it down pretty good. Terrariums are good and bad. Good - easy to keep plants happy (for a while) and easy to keep watered. Great for going away for a couple of weeks. Bad - keeps plant on the small side; false sense of security (think everything is okay until a week later you check and find the plant dying because the lid was left cracked too much, too long; get complacent and allow algae and other fungus too grow; etc. Some folks only grow in terrariums while others would never try them for whatever reason.
Anyway it is a mixed bag. Great for small plants but must be kept clean as possible.
