My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I don't grow many

Cymbidium but this is one of the better ones I have. I don't know the parentage except tht it is a couple of Chinese types that like it warm. I grow it in the warm green house. One of my daughters immediately confiscated it but could not lift it so I had to go to her house to hang it up.
