they do handle full sun, but you usually need to work up to it or the leaves get fried. how wet is it? if its dry give it a bit of water, but not too much - any leaves that don't show signs of life by tomorrow - cut them off. Put your plant in shaded sun/ filtered sun for the next 2 weeks at least. keep it moist but definitely not wet. check it in a week for signs of new growth and post a new pic - lets see how it responds...

i have two tropicals they like sun but when it gets in 80-90 degrees i have to water them every cple days. the perennials do better with morning sun afternoon shade. i have mine under an overhang. they get wilty in full sun. im in zone 4.

i poke my finger in the dirt by the base of the plant up to my first knuckle jt.- bout 1/2 in into the dirt. if it feels dry i water them.
