I would say La Campanella. It's always a tough call to make without seeing it in person. There's not too many Fuchsias that have the combination of a red tube, white sepals, and purple corolla though. La Campanella is also quite common so the odds would be in its favour.

The actual cultivar name, while of interest, doesn't make a huge difference to your question. It needs a larger pot whatever it is. And it has been trained as a standard so if you want to keep that form you'll need to remove and suckers from the base (there's one there already) or shoots from the trunk and keep pinching out the top to keep it bushy..

You don't say where you are located so we can't say if it will survive in the ground for you.

I actually wanted a large bush and when buying it I asked will it get big or not he said yes it will. So I don't really want it as standard. Main reason I wanted to know the name is to make a decision about buying a very big pot for it or planting it right into the garden and how much space will it need. I don't know much about them just really love it and want to make sure it will be happy :)

We still don't know where you are located so we still can't say if it will survive in the ground. 'Large' is relative. This will never be bigger than around 4' x 4' even if your climate allows it to grow outdoors year round. If you have winters which go much below 0c (32f) it will not survive. BTW Fuchsias are incredibly easy to root so you could grow many more from that plant. Standards are much more expensive than bush form Fuchsias because of the training required. So if you ever want to buy another just get a bush straight off and save some money.
