They pretty much wrecked everything else and 70000 late the house was livable again. Never knew people lived that way , Insurance we had was not for pigs( they are cleaner) lol but if burned down yes. Still makes me angry Oh well learning experience not to rent out ever again. Even killed all the raspberries and rhubarb and nothing kills that. We were 900 miles away so never knew what was going on but paid the rent on time.. wonder why?

There are bad and good renters. So sorry you got the former type. But I am glad your peonies survive! Perhaps they are left alone because they are beautiful. Raspberries do have thorns so maybe they had the plants dug up.

Nope they raised Irish setters in the house and dogs even peed in the closets . we had to strip the floors right down and take the sub floor out as it had soaked I KarenPA. They were too lazy to"dig" anything. We renter for the first year we had move north and I waxed my way out the door so could relater to the two type of rented. Sorry I complained about something long gone by and my yard and home is better for it now and would never rent out again. Instead of paying the $8 month for garbage pick up the took it to the back of the 18 acre property. Was a pile higher then the house to clean up too BUT they paid the rent lol

OMG, they sound like renters from hell. Just total lack of respect for other people's property. I don't have rentals but my brother does and he often complains about some of his irresponsible and not paying tenants.
