Has anyone had success germinating Persicaria (aka 'Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate')? I have tried freezing the seed for 3 months, alternating between room temps and fridge to simulate spring conditions (as indicated on the package), rubbing the seeds between sheets of sandpaper to scratch the hard seed coat, placing some in dark and some in light.... but after 90 days... ZERO germination! If anyone has tricks for successful germination, I'd love to hear them. Thank you!
