Looks like sp. NOID from sabah, which I suspect is sammananianna, wallichii, mappigera or some other thin leafed variety with campanulate flowers...no way to know until it blooms! Those pics from that Polish/Swedish hoya forum?

This link (http://www.fotosik.pl/zdjecie/0107e2a54548b8f5) says "Hoya sp. Sabah". This may be a problem, because Sabah is just part of Borneo, likely where it was found, and not at all a unique species identifier. Still, it's better than nothing.

If I really wanted this plant, I'd register with that Polish site and ask the poster where they got the plant. (Using brower's site translation features and google translate.) And then, because she likely got it from Thailand or Europe, I'd likely go on a wild goose chase to try to find it in the US. Ahhh, the lengths we will go to for our hobby... :-)

I wanted to register with that forum but when I went to, it says all members must speak/write clear and correct Polish or something. Google translate is not perfect but maybe I'll try any way.
