I doesn;t mind low light. But, it will flower better if there is bright light.

You can water it when the leaves start to wilt.

look out for scale. i've grown in inside and outside. don't remember ever having scale outside... but inside, yes. Just keep an eye opened on the undersides of the leaves especially along the veins.

Pretty plant! I have several huge ones all over the house. They are so easy to keep and keep the air fresher. I keep them in north windows with filtered bright light (through wood shutters). They thrive and bloom there. I also have one in an east window behind a sheer curtain, thrives and blooms well there too. I only water when they start to slightly droop, and they perk back up within hours.
