Thanks very much for your response. I contacted Closet Factory and was informed that this tie rack accessory was not for sale unless the entire closet was completed by Closet Factory. As our home was new construction we didn't need their services but would have been quite happy to have purchased this item and perhaps looking at others as well. It was really disappointing.

Do know what size and finish tie racks you want? I can probably have made in LA and ship to you. These are melamine and would be screwed into the wall so you would have to install them yourself. They are not pre drilled. They come up to 48" long with chrome or gold hooks. Melamine would be $125 each plus shipping.

Thanks again for your responses. How long are the individual tie hooks/rods? We have seen a number of racks where they are around 3" long and those are too long. We don't want the ties to be slipping off.

The tie hooks we use are small similar to a cup hook. Some locations use the longer hooks which are the ones that we use for belts.
