Finally painted over horrible poo-brown walls - painted w SW snowbound. Added a large damask stencil on wall behind my bed in magenta. I'm loving it but unsure what to do next.

I know I need to hang some pictures and am looking for a lower and wider 6 drawer dresser to replace the Ikea one. I'm thinking of also putting in some floating shelves to the right and left side of the dresser. Not sure if that's a good idea?

My biggest dilemma is how to incorporate more magenta (or shades of?) into the rest of the room - if I need to at all. Should I put the stencil on the opposite wall or would that be ridiculously busy? Should I find drapes that have that color or stick to getting drapes in another accent color? What about a rug? Should I stay neutral or go for something with a light/limeish green (my magenta inspiration originally came from flowers with their lush green leaves like this http://www.northcreeknurseries.com/index.cfm/fuseaction/plants.plantDetail/plant_id/236/index.htm). I'm not at all married to this idea.

I'm open to all suggestions but I do love the stenciled wall and do want to keep that. My budget is prob around $500- $700. I'm a good DIY-er so bring on any ideas that way!! Would love any creative Houzzers to
Help! Also through the doors is a sitting room which I'm assuming should flow well with the colors in my bedroom? It hasn't been touched yet And is still the nasty poo brown color.
