ETA on tomatoes?

Hello,

Newbie question - I'm attempting to grow tomatoes - first time ever trying to grow anything. Seed date was April 2nd and I transplanted them outdoors on May 23rd after a week or so of hardening. There was a bit of wind and sun scalding on the 1st day, but the seedlings recovered and are doing well so far. The types are "Cuor di Bue" (oxheart) and "San Marzano 2" - a bit of googling leads to different sites showing anywhere from 70 to 85 days estimated for these types. Is that from seed date or the date they were transplanted outside? I should add that I did not have any grow lights or anything when they were indoors and the seedlings were a bit leggy.

I'm in Central jersey around East Brunswick, and the plants get a solid 7 to 9 hours of sun.
