We had 12 potted figs overwintered in our unheated garage, watered minimally, no other attention paid. They were all repotted early spring, out of their basic black plastic pots into slightly larger ones. Five of them are leafing out beautifully on our deck, the other seven look to have no leaf activity other than a few greenish bud tips that I suspect have been there all winter. I've scratched the bark and there's green underneath. The stems all feel pliable, but no sign at all of any leaves. Any suggestions?
