Hello, does anyone have some sprigs of their rose bush, lavender plant, or hydrangea that they would be willing to give away? I can't afford new plants but I am good at propagating cuttings. :) I am in Northern Virginia but commute to the Shenandoah Valley often too, so I don't mind traveling a bit to get them.
