I was recently the victim of bait and switch by Worx. Long story short, I saw one thing on the web (one choice only) and was sold another thing at Kmart (a Worx retailer from the website who also had only one choice). After 2 weeks of dancing with Worx I am no further ahead. My six eMails were dealt with by a different person each time, and consistently fell on deaf ears. I will probably return the item and lick my wounds, but I will NEVER consider a Worx product again. They are apparently made in China - and as one person put it - should be avoided like the plague. I agree with the sentiment completely - Worx is out to sell only, not support the customer! If you must buy Worx, check the model number religiously.
