It's a type pf variegated Norway maple, cultivar name 'Drummondii'. Unfortunately, the variegation is not stable and large portions of the tree can revert to solid green. It is very consistent with this sporadic reversion so I consider it 'stable at being unstable'!! LOL! Virtually every one you can locate will have some reversion showing unless the homeowner is diligent about removing. And then that just results a very patchy looking and lopsided tree as the reversion is so prevalent and intense.
