Before I order I want to make sure I have the correct size

I have a Nibco Classic Pro #90 frostfree sillcock which I need to replace the stem. I believe it is a 12 inch. The overall measurement of the stem is close to 15 inches in length. Am I correct in the size to order for a replacement stem?

That is correct on how you are measuring. I am not for sure if this will fit that manufacture. I am not familiar with them.
