My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I am mobbing into a new house and want to place an order, however I need to ensure it isn't delivered until after our close date on 6/24. When do you suggest we place our order.

    You can place the order now and wewon't ship the order out until after 6/24. This way, these chairs are reserved for you I'm case they are sold out. Let us know if you have any further questions.
