The floor is rift & quarter sawn white oak.

Hello, this looks like a single width knotless, or rift/quartersawn white oak. It looks sanded with a polyurethane finish (based on the sheen from the light reflection).

It's 5" wide, select grade, rift/quartersawn white oak. It's a stained finish with a polyurethane topcoat.
