My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Hello Paul,

    I appreciate your interest in Furnitech products and am willing to answer all and any questions you may have regarding our products.

    Having said that, in the case of remorse issues, the consumer is responsible for all freight charges if they elect to refuse or return a product.

    This policy does not apply to freight damage in which case we assume all freight liabilities.

    This is a policy that ALL e-commerce retailers have regarding furniture.
