Impatiens Dying

I planted impatience last weekend - big barrel containers, several plants to a container, new soil in the container, perfect sun/shade conditions. Two plants, in separate pots, have lost all leaves and flowers, and are just shrivelling up. The other plants in the containers are fine. I took pictures of the pots to the greenhouse, but they don't have any ideas. Does anyone here have any suggestions? I am hosting several gatherings in my yard this summer, and want it to look nice, but I can't afford to keep replacing plants!
