Using White Campion as a soap?

Hello all, I was walking around in my yard looking for medicinal herbs this season and stumbled upon, what at first glance, I had thought to be soapwort. On further inspection I found it was in fact the hairy cousin of Bladder Campion, White Campion or White Cockle. Now all the research I could scrape up from White Campion said it has saponins in it which is used to make soap (It's the volatile ingredient in soapwort and soap yucca that make them lather). I know according to my research that it CAN be made into a soap and was at one time. However what I'm asking is, is it worth it? Does anyone know how it compares to Soapwort or Soap Yucca? I would like to use it to make my own soap if it's worth the effort of making. Any helpful advice or links are appreciated! Thank you!
