The warm gray cabinets, bronze island and floor make me think you want to use your yellow chair in the bedroom with a large gray and white rug .. the grays on the walls in there are cool grays which sort of clash with floor but are terrific with yellow and white. Bedding in white with gray and white sheets .. a throw in the yellow of your chair that moves around the room. . You might take the darkest wall and do a picture collage of white framed things - black and white photos would be particularly striking - you can add a framed picasso sketch poster, and something 3-d that you paint the same shade of yellow with craft paint and shadow box frame.

The living room elements will be terrific with the red and wood chairs. Any warm neutral sofa tone will do but distressed cognac leather (if the budget allows) would make a great armchair with these bronze tones on floor and island. .. (go lighter on your major upholstery - a sand or linen tone would be better in a space this size). I might paint the walls a tonal white like bm maritime white .. something with earthy undertones . . in fact, I'd probably paint over the gray in the bedroom with one coat of warm gray . . the cool gray seems out of place when you could have something to echo the warmer grays in the kitchen and the warm, warm floor ... something like bm sterling silver, or bm cinder . .

Mix contemporary lines on the sofa with a rustic industrial coffee table .. iron wheel, chunky wood .. and be creative with the television .. consider framing it on the wall with a piece of (metal or metal look alike - why not a flat frame cut out of mdf and sprayed with galvanized silver or rustoleum orb - would fool most) add exposed bolts and nuts to fasten to wall (also presprayed) to advance the contemporary vibe. Do invest in a substantial and interesting piece for under the television . . .long and low . . if your budget is small, comb thrift stores and craigslist to find something . . could be a dresser . . you could chalk paint that a dark carriage house (bm color) red and change the hardware for a balance - your island is a star and will be the main focal point.

Use only reds in the living room and kitchen as accents .. red mitts, coffee maker or toaster, kitchen towels in linen and red. Find one oversized contemporary / abstract art piece with red, cognac and linen tones.

This space totally could lend it self to MCM and that is the direction I would go but neither chair you have really works in that vibe I also do not think they work with industrial and if you thought your T.V. would look tacky before just mount it on a painted board Besta from Ikea makes some awesome MCM feeling storage and T.V. stands that you can put together to form an amazing storage wall which in a small space always is needed these are just 2 ways out of hundreds of choices

Patricia is right that a metal frame needs to be done well to work properly. Best to consult a local metal shop with an image . . there are lots of metal clad panels in houzz photos that you can take them for inspiration. Glad to help -
