We're in heat mode here in my area of Colorado, supposed to get up to almost 100°F this weekend, and the lowest nighttime temperature predicted in the near future is about 57°F. After spending only a short time outside today (on a break from my job,) 35°F actually sounds rather good, but the plants wouldn't like it...

Yikes! I noticed large parts of northern Nevada had frost advisories posted this morning and Winnemucca dropped to 25 (the low was predicted to be 37). That is some serious cold for mid-June and no doubt some farmers and ranchers will be assessing damages for the next few days! Looking forward to the beautiful weather we're expecting over the next week. It's a tad hot for my taste, but it beats storms and hail, that's for sure!
