My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
mine is on a trellis but it might do better hanging. I really had not thought that much about it but I have new one started so I think I'll let that one hang.
tlbean - my first one was from Gardinos but did not make it through the winter (probably due to my fault)
Tge 2nd one is from Gardinos as well and is a bigger plant. I'm hopeful it will do well and get better established this summer. I should have my greenhouse set up by fall so I don't think I should have any issues this winter.
Congrats on your new plant - I love the leaves on the nicholsonae. Right now my obscura is getting some nice red on its leaves but they're not big and dramatic like the ones on nicholsonae. I really need to curb my hoya envy, I'm running out of space already. ;-)
