We have two hills flanking our driveway entrance, one much larger and steeper than the other. This is a full sun area and pachysandra are not thriving. We just had beds with bushes and trees installed toward the bottom, but the hills above look awful and are full of weeds. I strongly prefer a very formal look and dislike anything that looks wild or un manicured. We cannot mow this area so grass is out. I'd love any suggestions for something low maintenance that will choke out weeds and have a low profile. Thank you!
