Can't tell you what it is other than it is not any of the common tomato pests so poses no threat to the plant. Best guess is one of the winged arachnids.

Yes, crab spider. Those are not wings but the first two sets of legs, which the spider holds wide apart like that. Spiders are always welcome in my garden.
