probabaly ebay they have 500 for $18 and up- 50 - for around $6 for paper coin envelopes

you can get plastic ones at walmart 100 for $1

or plastic ones on ebay 1000 for about $6

I bought mine on ebay I got 10,000 plastic 2x3 for $36

you can make your own out of magazines/newspaper or even post it notes

I just find a free printable on the web and print my own. I print on cardstock so they are a bit more sturdy than paper. 500 sheets of cardstock at walmart is like 5 bucks.

Love the idea of using old seed catalogs, not sure if I'd have the patience to do it lol but they're really pretty. Im not exactly the crafty type. The craftiest thing I've done in awhile is Poke holes in the top of a milk gallon lid to make an indoor watering jug. Maybe next time I have a doctor's appointment I'll give it a whirl, thanks everyone!

I like to use seed catalogs, and during the holidays use scraps of gift wrap to make seed envelopes.

you don't have to be crafty at all (I'm not). Try it with a scrap piece of paper the next time you're watching TV. All you need is a little tape.

A gardening friend has a daily calendar of The Far Side cartoons. Each piece of paper that you tear off is a perfect square, and she folds those into seed envelopes.

I love the far side! Its so funny Used to get the calendars didnt know if they still made them or not

yep they sure do...my dad gets one at the calendar kiosk in the mall each Christmas. :)

i make these envelopes, print them on thick paper, and glue stick them together...

I work for a hospital and all our meds come in little plastic bags. The meds are taken out and put somewhere else and the plastic baggies just lay around so I scoop them up and take them home.

I much prefer paper to plastic. Bank envelopes are great for bigger seeds or amounts of seed and can easily be cut for smaller ones. For most things I use cut/folded paper. Got a trade packed that way and have been making them ever since. As long as you start with a square, can be any size, any paper. Like to have the outside blank so it's easy to label. Great way to recycle paper that's been used on only one side.

I just use half a piece of paper, fold it in half, and fold the edges over and glue. It's basic and effective, even if they aren't too durable.

For my own personal storage I use empty pill bottles. However they are too bulky for mailing.
