Some examples

If the leaves feel soft and leathery,the roots are rotted...if they are nice and hard, i really don't think it is anything to worry about!Mite damage looks like small white dots

I think they look fine. I do occasionally see the odd and unusual looking leaf that makes me start fretting too.

The other day, I caught a cricket (an escapee from my gecko tank), nibbling on a baby hoya leaf!

I repotted some of these plants and hosed down the roots which looked really good. I watered with kelp water and I'll just keep an eye on them. I haven't been consistent (on a schedule) with watering. I only water when the plants are pretty dry.

I guess I need to be more consistent with a watering schedule.

I have a leaf on my pubicalyx RHP that looks similar. But I noticed as I put it back in the window where I keep it that that particular leaf was right next to the glass. I'm thinking it got deformed because it was pressed into the glass. I'm not sure what else can cause this.
