Most of my First Crush are that color but I love it. I do get some pinker ones mixed in though. Alchemist might be one I purchased this spring but my memory isn't sure. Lol. I absolutely love Summer Romance. Mine was new last and I didn't get a single rebloom but this year has been totally different. I am fixing to have my second flush. Do you have Zaide or Cream Veranda? They are amazing too? Judy

No, I don't have either Zaide or Cream Veranda. The only other Kordes I have that I haven't posted yet are Sunny Sky, Heart Song, Madame Annisette, Earth Angel, Beverly, Buxom Beauty, Rosarium Uertesen, Valencia, Savannah, and Wedding Bells. There are others I'm interested in, but am running out of room. Do you have brothers Grimm, Queen of hearts, or any of the fairytale roses? I also think Soul Sister looks like it might be good. I also think I might need to find room for Heaven on Earth, and maybe Jolie Veranda......Gosh I have a problem....

Finding room is becoming a problem for me to and all this enabling of yours is not helping! I am also waiting for Madame Annisette to bloom. Herkules is another new one that hasn't bloomed yet.

You're making me so anxious for my little Summer Romance to grow, but at least I can enjoy your blooms vicariously. :) I saw many of the Fairy Tale roses and Heaven on Earth at the Columbus Park of Roses and they were tremendously healthy and fragrant even in the intense heat and sun.

I do have Queen of Hearts and some fairy tales but they are not in a good spot. Prob my driest area. QOH is bright so may give it to my sister. My newest fairy tale is Sisters Fairy Tale (Home and Garden) I ordered from Hortico and I love it. It's new this year along with Madame Annisette which I've yet to get a bud and Earth Angel. I love Kordes too. Judy

Now I want Summer Romance too, it looks lovely in spite of its twee name :) I'm going to use great restraint and rein in a renaming roses rant after looking it up on HMF and seeing that there were not just one, but two interesting sounding ladies whose names have previously been used in other countries to name this rose...

Love them all! Does anyone in zone 5 know whether Laguna will get very tall at all?

I'm zone 5 and mine is grafted on multiflora. This is its second year and is maybe 5 feet tall.
