When I found out how bad the red hummingbird food was I changed to the clear mixture. Now the hummingbirds don't touch it. They fly by searching but won't touch it. I clean the glass feeders every 3-4 days with vinegar and never had a problem with the red solution. I am just worried because it's very hot and we have so many hummingbirds with babies in our area. What did I do wrong or is it gonna take time?
