I bought a Phal orchid from Lowes about 8 months ago. It was potted with another plant, a peace lily. I repotted the orchid with the lily and cut the stem back once I realized that the main flower stem was dying. The orchid seems to be doing well, growing new roots and new leaves. A flower stem will not grow back though. Do I need to separate the peace lily from the orchid and put in a new pot? How do I get this flower stem to regrow????
