Time for my second flush in North Georgia!!! :))

Naturally not as floriferous as my first flush but I'm a happy girl. Lol Now if the beetles will get their booties outta my yard I'd be even happier! Here goes!!

Two shots of First Crush! It rarely gets this pink like the center of the one on the right but I love the blush color it always blooms out as.

Star of the Republic

White Eden

Cream Abundance

Such a pretty center on the pinker 'First Crush'!
I may like 'White Eden' more than the pink?!
Lovely shots of Abraham Darby. Whew. I have that one.

    Thanks y'all!!!

Sara I love Summer Romance. I was hoping it'd repeat this year since last year it didn't repeat at all. Happy for that since I bought several when they clearances them.

I think I like White Eden more than the pink too. Shhhhhhhh. Lol

    Take care, Judy

Beautiful roses and so many blooms. They all look very fresh and perky in this heat.

I love them all. How big does cream abundance get for you? Does it have a scent at all? How is its disease resistance?

Fine second flush (mine has barely begun). White Eden certainly is a beauty, as are several of the other white with pastel peach/apricot centers. They also cool off the garden as the hot summer days take over, don't they.

April don't cha know it. Lol. Happy dance here!! Lol

Whew Kentucky this heat is def taking its toll but most of the roses are doing fine except my Sweet Drift.

Hcarnevale CA gets about 4 ft tall at the most and 2 1/2 - 3 ft wide maybe. Prob closer to 2 1/2. I did some sniffing and I thought it smelled good. I spray but not religiously so it does get black spot but not bad.

Kate you are so right. Thee lighter colors are always seem to fair better too than my darker shades when the heat kicks in.

    Thanks again everyone!!!

It's so nice to see your amazing blooms and garden! Pretty much every bloom (and bud) are being devoured by beetles in my garden currently with no sign of letting up. It gives me hope!

Carol you crack me up!! I had a really good spring flush and my second flush is pretty good but not as many blooms as usual. I think I like it better this way but seeing those first flushes in the spring when everything is so fresh and green and not heat stressed like now is amazing too. Our long growing season helps to have quite a few flushes but the heat and lack of rain and then the dreaded beetles sometimes makes ya wish for fall way to soon. Lol.
