Laura...it's a bit late but.....a Belated Happy Birthday from me too, I'm glad you had a very nice ONE with your family!!! I'm getting around planting the seeds I received from you !!! I bought a JUMPSTART germination station with plugs, heat mat, tray, vented dome, rockwool inserts and a rooting enhancer ! I guess it will take about a couple of weeks to see anything growing ! I'm really excited about this project, do you think I should start with 2 or 3 and see the results ??? I will be out of town for a few days, I should probably wait until I get back.

Annamaria!! You are more than welcome!! Sounds like you have everything ready for the start of your new seedlings !! You will do fine sowing these babies!! It's been a while since I sent them to you, but I'm sure mist of them are still viable.. Some soak the seeds before sowing, but I usually just keep them moist ( not wet) and you should have no problem!!

I did some hand pollination and I see a new seedpod forming on my Jackie Here is the mother tree... Then the seedpod forming last week.

Keep me posted and if those seed aren't viable since its been some time, I'll send you some of these babies!! Thank you.. So nice to see you post!! Xo

hi Mizraim!! Where are you located?? We always seem to have growers around with seeds available at times.. If you are willing to wait until these pods mature, I'm sure some of my friends will share if available. If you are interested in purchasing just seeds.. Check out Brads Buds and Blooms in Florida or Maui Plumeria Gardens in Hawaii ( Doug). I love both of these nurseries and I highly recommend !!

For a friend who loves Gardenias. My ' old fashioned '. Are blooming!! I love these fragrant beauties. !!

I guess I can use the paper towel method...wet it and put those seeds in it, on a sunny windowsill....if there is anything else I should know....can you tell me ???

My germination set says to just wet the plugs with starter solution !!!

You can use the paper towel method if you like.. But I personally like to plant the seeds wing up and let them start the process and let them be. You can use the plugs that you have on a few and also use a basic mix on a few others. I planted a few seeds together in one little container and they did fine. ( one container with five seeds potted with space between the seeds)

The starter solution must have B-1 in it?? Go ahead and try a few.. Then use plain rain water on a few.. Have fun and let us know!! Don't worry about them to much.. Keep a mister available and mist the soil if they look like the mix or plugs are dry.. ( plain water)

Keep them warm and the mix moist for germination.. Not wet!!!
