I don't know if that is a problem. Check and make sure that branch growing is not a sucker.

There is no branch there. Just one day I noticed a wound and it getting bigger and deaper.

It's likely Bacterial Canker. It lives in the tree's tissue below the bark and rots the tree out from within. I don't know if there's anything that can be done about it at this point. The disease is somewhat cyclical, hitting hardest in the relatively cool wet spring weather and backing off in the dry summer heat allowing the tree to recover a bit. It's sort of two steps backward and one step forward until the end. This is the main reason I don't grow sweet cherries anymore.
