Has a lot of great features. The only thing missing (for me) is a den. I like a quiet room away from the kids' TV.

I like the separate closets and vanities a lot.

It definitely has some nice elements including an open living/kitchen area, decent-sized separate MB closets, etc. Two quick things I noticed: you can see into the laundry room upon entering through the front foyer, and the kids' bathroom is close to the breakfast nook but doors can obviously close those off. As with all standard plans, there will be pros and cons and it's a matter of personal preference.

The children's bathroom feels a bit too tight for me. I would prefer to lose the garage storage, move the first child's bedroom down, and widen the bathroom. There are garage storage systems available that can hang off the wall instead of using valuable floor space.
