You will want tropical Sundews or tropical pitcher plants. VFTs and Sarracenias are not for that type of situation. Tropical butterworts would work but are a bit trickier to grow. They can rot easily.

Agreed with what socalgal says. One of the dangers of office plants is that fellow coworkers or even janitor crew will overwater it, thinking that they are helping you. Even if you put up a sign that no one should touch it or water it, someone will.

So pick a plant that you won't mind if it dies due to their TLC. That may or may not be a carnivorous plant.

CPs don't need bugs to live and thrive, so in an office environment, it's enough that you give them the light that they need. However, you can also use alternative food options, which may be different for each CP, so figure that out once you decide which plant you will take to work. Pitcher plants would be easy to feed with bugs that you bring in from outdoors, though.
