My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Munstead Goes Bicolor!

With extreme dry heat followed by a cooler period, and now humid heat, Munstead Wood doesn't know how she wants to look! The center bloom is mostly light pink on the left, darker to fuchsia on the right.

There's another Munstead at the lower left and three Marie Van Houttes lording it over them

.Here's a closeup of the same bouquet, but I'm not sure the color change is as clear here.

Munstead has been amazing this year!
