"Desktop" version on mobile device....?

.....or am I just that blind? I visit here strictly on my phone, using the Google app (sometimes on "Safari" for any iPhone users). For the life of me, I cannot find a "desktop" version for this forum since the GW/Houzz changeover. It's aggravating, because I'll click on a photo that someone posted (to enlarge it), and more than 1/2 the time, it shows up smaller than if I hadn't clicked on it. Also, won't let me "pinch and zoom," so clicking on pics is pointless. The only "option" I have is to "X" out of the pic and go back to the post/thread.

Anyone else have this issue, or is it just me? (sorry, I'm not too tech savvy)

I view the forum from my home laptop (currently doing so) and at work from my laptop which is in it's docking station and view on large monitors. I also view on iPad and iPhone when up at lake. I never have thought about it being a different version/app on the devices. When viewing for first time on iPad or iPhone I just searched the Internet, clicked on the link and presto.

I do believe your settings on your device can make a difference, found that out when viewing pinterest on iPhone.

The photo features now suck and I have the same issue using iPhone and Safari. I did not think to check the App Store maybe they have an app?

Is there an app for Android that allows access to the hot pepper forum?

I have a Windows phone and have the same problem with pics being smaller when I click them (however, I am able to zoom in although it is annoying that I have to do so manually). Also can't find a desktop version.

What annoys me more though is that I am unable to format the text and links in my comments when using my phone.

I could not find a full mobile app for GW or HOUZZ I've gotten better with my eyes trying to make out the tiny pics on my phone, but it sucks. You would think houzz developers would have a fully functional mobile app to reach all potential customers. Not many of us spend the time behind a desktop/laptop that we do on our phones.

I did see a HOUZZ app for android but it looks like it is only geared toward home remodling and that kind of stuff. nothing for gardening.

When it was GW I could zoom into the pics from my phone using Safari, since the switchover it's crap and no app.

I know on Android you can. Hit the 3 dots in the upper right and select "Request desktop site."
